Another disappointed MediaCom client.

Named a week ago to setup to include Wire to my prexisting online sites. The day was established for November 23 between 8 and midday. I wait till 12:30 and nothing. Then when I contact to ask about where the technology is I had been informed they "Named three times" After telling them I'd 0 missed calls with no messages I'm informed they do not keep messages. She sets me on-hold and that I get disconnected.

After I call-back I am advised he named three times and remaining 3 messages... Unusual provided I had been simply informed they do not keep messages. I'm subsequently informed that they can need to reschedule (this really is at 1;30)... I see no reason the technology who claims he found my house cannot return at the conclusion of your day and resolve this issue.

I Obtain disconnected three times during 2 hours to be positioned on store, transferred, and informed Im a liar. What've I to lay about? I am a paying client of just one year whoam waited per week to obtain wire support and required the day off-work to ensure that I might be home throughout the screen they required I be property.

At4:15 I contact and get ahold of somebody in CS who claims she will contact Illinois (Chilicothi I believe she stated) that will be presumably where the mail centre is situated and attempt to get me solutions. She protects me-she will-call me in 10 mins. I believe thats uncommon and did not expect her to and so I delay and delay and delay and undoubtedly nothing

Lastly at4:45 I call-back which period the CS representative includes a fresh fiction story for me personally and that I am informed he quit Something label on my doorway the very first time he was at my home... Oh still another Rest. I then consult my aged friend who rests before her screen all day long if she noticed a vehicle outside. Obviously not. I suppose they come, phone, abandon a label, abandon and keep calling? Nonsense. Our 4-year old may inform a much better rest than these folks

With that 15 mins prior to the near of company I'm informed I should wait until AFTER christmas... A COMPLETE WEEK to obtain cable.

Obviously I've no choices except to distribute the term towards the community and that I intend to document a problem using the BBB
