I required support on our Heat on Friday Dec. 27th at 5:43PM PST, in those days we obtained a State # along with a Telephone # of 1 of the separate companies, Florida Show (CE). We named the amount to simply to be informed, by CE, that people needed to call back at within the am the next day to create a scheduled appointment to get a support phone. Wednesday morning we named quickly at 8:30 am to become informed the Job Order # wasn't obtained by CE, from CCHW for CE to established and was informed to call-back again at 11:00am, which we did again simply to be informed the exact same tale. We then contact CCHW again who informed us they'd send within the work-order again. Contact the CE simply to be informed exactly the same tale again for that third-time. Lastly at 2:20pm the CE stated they'd be-at our house on Thursday between 8am and 12 noon. I got Thursday day removed from work. At 10am on Thursday I contact to verify they'd be below before midday, which CE did! No body appear by midday and so I contact CE back at midday and CE named their technology however the telephone call wasn't responded. I called again at 1:14PM to become informed they might contact me back again to advise me after I might anticipate the technology to reach. NO CALLBACK! I also talked to Ellie the helper to Leader of CCHW who likewise informed us we'd to hold back again. I felt sorry for that woman at CE who got my calls since she was advised nothing additionally by her company.
