Awful Customer Support, defective Items

Mediacom's solutions (television, Web, and telephone) would be the overall worst. I also have been extremely disappointed with my providers that I spend $130 to get a month and turned a person in April. Phone-line hasn't been employed by more than per week, Web it has to become reset and failures atleast 6 times each day, and also the HD is grainy. I've named also have been placed on store for prolonged amounts of time and customer support numerous occasions. Was designed to have experienced a specialist recently emerge to my home and Mediacom claims the technology tried calling throughout a period of fifty units at 3 differing times.
