Waste of money after unwanted channels were unblocked

I had XM block 20-25 Channels I didn't want... At first they did it, then they unblocked them 3 months ago without my permission... The "customer care " reps hang-up on me whenever I call, so who cares, I just keep filing complaints against them day after day... This co. is a worthless waste of 16.00 a month... I have the walkman XM and it receives so bad it's worthless... Save your money... Don't buy sirius/xm... Throw it in the garbage where it belongs!!! It's not like they don't get the full 16.00 for the 200 channels they have, they just won't block the ones I hate... Good Job, XM... Hope You go Bankrupt, You keep treating "customers" like you do and you will!!!
