I ordered directv last year, only because of the sports packages, I had heard how poor their service was and I didn't listen. They stared out giving me a broken remote control when I call the same night that it was installed to get a new remote, they told me I had to pay twenty dollars for it. They didn't care that they gave it to me broken. They said I must have done it. Anyways, lets get to the really bad stuff. My tv only works if it is perfectly clear out side. They cant be a drip of rain or the shows wont come on at all. They told me I was under a 1 year contract come to find out it was really a 2 year contract. They are liars. Then, since I had the football package last year they automatically put it on my bill again this year, which is fine. Except, I din't want it so I called to have it taken off before the season, they said no problem. Then next month it was still on the bill. I called to have it taken off. This time I checked my bill the next day to make sure they did and they didn't take it off again! I had to call them 4 times before they transfered me all over the place and then finally took it off the bill. Also, I needed to have my dish moved. This costs 50 dollars. A young man came by and said he would get the parts and be back since he needed to run to the store to get a mount. This man never showed back up to move the dish. I called to have someone else come out and move the dish and get the 50 dollars off my account. They instead charged me another 50 dollars and put an investigation to see what happened with the first guy. The whole time that was going on they kept the charge on my account. I couldnt figure out why I would have to pay 2 times for someone to move something 1 time. I'm writting this because I'm studpidly letting my contract run out instead of changing companies and this is the 3rd day I can't watch tv because its barely raining outside.
