I'd direct television support for almost 5 years with no late-payment or problem. I loved the service for that most part... That's till i ended my support. I named, terminated and was informed to pay for my statement entirely online. I did so this and quickly received a phone from the consultant providing mean exit questionaire. Then you know what! I acquired another statement... After I named about this they'd no report of my termination and wouldnt move or handle me with any curtosey that I'd proven for a long time preceding. Despite the fact that my containers were eliminated along with other service have been triggered in the same handle currently for that month i allegedly still had support. They declined to listen to me out along with a repetition really hung-up on me!!! Unbeleivable. Exactly what a farewell punch within the experience.
