BAD service

I've been a Directv client for more than 15 years. I shifted from NJ to California and held directv, despite the fact that each time it rained I dropped support, I still liked it. I've to maneuver again and that I am shifting from the home to some city house. The HOA won't permit anyone to truly have a satellite dish where I'm shifting and so I don't have any option but to alter my support.

And So I contact Directv and inform the girl this. I also claim I'm not shifting till March 1. She gets it since she must deliver me containers and so I needed to provide her my new mailing address combined with the relocate day, again.

1st ISSUE: I awaken the following day, 9-27-11 at 5am to NO support. And so I attempt to contact and you know what, workplace does not start till 8am? Go figure right, therefore today my loved ones is here now without any Television till for 4 times, as a result of this inconsiderate individual I spoke to about the telephone. I actually repeated to her before I hung-up, not till MARCH 1. Today I've to hold back till 8:00 and take a seat on the telephone for another 2 hours to obtain this straightened out

2nd PROBLEM: Although I'm about the telephone she informs me I've to pay for a termination charge of $220.00. Today I've been a person for more than 15 years and that I need to spend a termination charge since the HOA won't permit directv inside property improvement. Would you believe this? I inform the ladies this and he or she claims since I have shifted to California in Sept of I've officially just had directv for 1 year plus some times, since California differs?! Okay truly, this can be a rip-off to obtain cash from me. I've never heard about any such thing in my own life...
