RUDE on the phone, left hand does not know what right hand is doing. Different rates/methods of payments from 2 different reps. IDIOT came out to install. English was a second language, wanted to hang dish on side wall of house and drape cable along side. Called supervisor with my husband standing there waiting for answer. Conversed in MEXICAN!!! This is RUDE in front of the customer who does not speak that language. So we wait for #2 to arrive tomorrow. What a freekin' joke. We have been "loyal" customers since heir inception. Do they care? Ha ha ha!!!
