Direct TV should be banned from doing business in the US. They promise good service, customer support, etc and when you sign the contract that is the last time you can reach them. I have had their service for a year and my service is out most of the time. I can't reach an english speaking person and normally no one at all. You just stay on the phone and listen to their elevator music for hours until you decide to hang up. Their DVR is junk and has not worked correctly for over 3 days at a time since they installed it. When I mentioned to them that I would like to cancel the contract since they could not furnish me with the service I signed up for they said it would cost 500.00 to get out of my contract. Unreal, why should they not be bound to furnish what the promise. Don't listen to their ads, they are not trustful. You will be greatly disappointed in what you really get from these jerks!!!
