Monopolize Multi-Unit dwellings leaving consumer no choice to other ISP's.

32 PERCENT late charge of 15.00 dollars on a monthly bill of 47.95.

Monthly service charge of 47.95 too costly and not comparable to other ISP's for Download throughput speeds of 5 maybe 6Mbps on a VERY good day, that is the download speed of my CELLPHONE!

Company THROTTLES (limits) download data rate for non standard web browsing ports down to 1.5Mbps/2.0Mbps, nice!

Canceled my service as of today 8/16/10 and to no surprise they do not credit the remaining month to my credit card so I am "stuck" with their service until the end of the month. Beware, you are supposed to give 30 days cancellation notice before terminating service. The CSR was kind enough to suggest if I wanted to terminate service on the 19th of August though even though I had already paid for the full month.

Beware of this ISP/DirecTV provider and think twice about moving into a complex that has them as their SOLE provider.
