In order to watch the games I need to fork over an additional $12.99

I can not start to let you know how disappointed I'm with DirecTV.

After I first got DirecTV it had been simply because they were the only real support in the region that transported Versus. (Imagine how that went?)

Now I am under agreement to remain with DirecTV, which maynot be this type of large issue... EXCEPT...

I reside in the Cleveland, Ohio region, my personal favorite NHL team may be the Pittsburgh Penguins. DirecTV discussed using the NHL to ensure that Cleveland is recognized as within the "region" of Pittsburgh and Columbus. That will be good, except the only sports route that I obtain relies from Columbus. Hence any nationally televised sport that's also public "locally" within the Pittsburgh region is blacked-out for me personally.

To be able to view the activities I have to hand over one more $12.99.

But truly the greatest aspect about that entire scenario is the fact that I Have been informed by two individual DirecTV customer support people who I should not have this issue and they'd be much more then pleased to make certain it doesn't happen later on.

Simply To later be informed that number, certainly I'm not in the region for that Pittsburgh systems, but that I'm in the region for Pittsburgh activities.
