I changed from Comcast to obtain NFL Sunday Solution, on 8/31/09.initial Deal is "intended" to incorporate every route, (except PPV) - it does not), and can include 5 weeks of Sunday Solution. I acquired NBA S/T last week but all of the stations state "NOT BOUGHT", this week. I named the "Chosen Customer Service telephone # they gave me. It called me to a different #. The computer could not find me by possibly my telephone # or Bill number. After eventually obtaining the pc to move me to some "actual" individual - I lay on-hold for 20 minutes. I quit. Direct TV isn't any more qualified than Comcast - perhaps worse! Try the Meal. Easily was not "secured in", I'd.
