We have had trouble with our directv service for five days.intermittent signal, no channels available. The problem is with two televisions. I was lucky to get Kathi Employee #252966, located in Oregon on the line. She was pleasnt and courteous and patient with my poor explanation of the problems I've been experiencing. I found her to be very knowledgeable in her job, she was able to answer all my questions. It was determined that we would need a service tech out to our home to rectify the situation and scheduled me for a service call. I felt very satisfied that I had talked with a competent representative of DirecTV and have no problem waiting two days for a service call. I know that all was done that could have been tried.
