Dealt With Child Instead of Adult Account Holder

I recently received horrible customer service from Comcast Cable. They were careless and had no problem working with a child and not the adult of the house. This show how unprofessional they are and how much hey care for there customer's. I just filed a complaint with the attorney general which is listed below. Http://usashameboard.com/thumb.php?
