I was charged for something that should be standard

I've been An Immediate TV customer for greater than a decade now. Mainly due to their monopoly about the NFL Sunday Solution. This past year I bought the HD radio and unearthed that the activities weren't in HD and so I named and have why. After speaking with the Rep. I had been provided use of HD football games. For this season, I am informed that to be able to appreciate sport in HD I'd need to spend one more $16 monthly. I currently spend $6 monthly for that HD radio and $10 monthly for HD entry charge. That is clearly a whole of $32 monthly for HD.

My problem towards the Rep. This time around was, why am I being billed for something which ought to be regular. CBS and Fox Sports transmitted in HD! When the regional stations happen to be in HD, then why might I spend extra for superfan? Then she would go to clarify all of the alarms and whistles. I actually donot take care of redzone blend and 8 games @ once. I do want to view the stations in HD and that I should not have pay extra for what's currently broadcasted HD.
