Poor service

I named to record difficulty with my electronic channels (we weren't getting them) plus they unearthed that they'd mistakingly not billed people for several stations. Since the support representative recognized this, she stated they'd today possibly remove my kids' preferred stations or cost us yet another charge. We currently spend $50 monthly for wire with nothing nice. The brand new statement could be $80 monthly. No way! I wound up rescheduling our electronic plus. The CSRs would be the many unfavorable, rudest ladies I've actually handled and that I could be embarrassed easily managed Mediacom.
