I've been a faithful client for more than 6 years. Our HD-DVR went plus they need me to pay for $20 for S&H. What-ever occur to standing behind your item that I spend a regular support for consistently. They WOn't renounce the charge therefore Cox Communications below I come. I'll follow my mom.
