Whoa - Simply got off the telephone with DirecTV "Customer Support" (hah) division. Because of the economy and also the failure to maintain their service for that complete two year dedication (though they repeatedly all messed up our service and payment in the last year), I named to stop service. They'd not renounce the service charge. We will have to pay for $140 to obtain them out-of our lives. As soon as I reiterated that people might stop support, the Client Service Repetition went belligerent and combative with me. Declined to I'd like to talk to her boss for some time declaring that she was so far as it'd proceed, so when I eventually insisted and positioned on store for over 5 minutes, a male Customer Support Repetition, who'dnot talk his title obviously for id, turned out to be much more belligerent compared to first rep. Big-business once more lords it within the client who gets their hard earned cash taken. NEVER WORK TOGETHER! They don't follow-through so when difficulty occurs, create that encounter as uncomfortable as you can for that struggling customer. Never again. Definitely not worth the trouble, difficulty or misery.
