Horrible company and the so called customer service is non existent

We've had one occurrence after another with this specific company and that I would like to stop support to ensure that I don't need to create regular calls for this rediculous organization

It began 9 weeks before and it has not ceased! We shifted also it required 5 efforts before anybody confirmed to set up our new support, arrived at discover they'd been delivering the repetitions to some tackle we'd 5 years back! We've had continuous cold which makes it difficult to look at something. After talking with a repetition in Costa Rica with inadequate language who recommended there is nothing they might do for all of US I am simply seeking out!!! I'd a UFC celebration prepared for today but should stop since you know what??? Our 6th wire package in six months isn't any longer working, simply constantly re-booting!!! They can't obtain a repetition below till sometime tomorrow! I am done! The only real payment that's been provided was a $5.00 credit... Are you Joking Me? I've needed to improve my regular moments on my mobile phone since I keep in touch with TW soooo much. Timewarner Cable Is Terrible and also the so-called customer support is non-existent!!
