Terrible SERVICE

Comcastis customer support and support specialists are HOT TRASH. I'll NEVER purchase their solutions again. I have been a person or this large conglomerate for that previous three years regretfully. I reside in Illinois Chicago Suburbs and also have their TRIPLE-PLAY.

I recently moved and had my providers used in my new area. I named and invested more than 1 TIME carrying this out, simply to let them know I'm shifting which I have to have somebody arrived at connect it-up on the day. They offered me a-6 time screen on the weekday, and so I needed to remove function to hold back. Some ghetto guy arrived directly into connect it-up, and quit without saying farewell or departing any work-order or paperwork.

Our web didn't function&I'd to contact customer support and invested half an hour on telephone to repair. It has been 14 days and my telephone traces however don't function. Something man returning is arriving tomorrow. I used another 45 units about the telephone today in order to let them know I want anyone to emerge and create a support phone.

I received a statement recently for $80 claiming I've us-delivered equipment. Welll duhhH!!! That is since i MOVED my providers and held the cable package. I named and invested another 45 units about the telephone, half an hour which was waiting hearing audio, simply to be informed that my account claims the statement was submitted mistake and nobody appears to observe that on my bill. I wonder basically submitted that $80 check without mailing easily might've observed that cash again? SCAMMMM and bad service. Comcast you're Warm TRASH
