We had just moved and planned on staying with Comcast till we recieved our first bill in our new place after installation and the monthly rate on both internet and cable went up. I called to see if there was a deal in the area that we could get to lower our bill, this took three calls and they kept saying that there was nothing. Also the guy that they had come out to install was a total grump, first all of his morning appt cancelled and he wanted to come earlier then the time they gave me. We were in the process of loading the moving truck and there was no way. Then while he was there we were moving things in and that seemed to annoy him. Needless to say he was not the best guy to send out to install!

Well we have officially swtiched our cable provider's and we had a little bit of a run around with the new one, but there customer service is 100 times better then Comcast!

I called to cancel our comcast account last night and surprisingly they offered us a lower rate for both internet and cable, too bad for them I was DONE by that point.

Comcast customer service is difficult to work with.
