False prices, transferring calls for over 45 minutes, lying about fixing the problem

The technology was below to set up Direct TV. He provided an update to HD. I keep in touch with customer support who mentioned the HD was an additional $10.00 monthly. I later received a $200.00 for that improved HD package. I had been never informed about that cost. I used 45 minutes about the telephone being moved. I called back and threated to contact a lawyer. They stated that the additional cost could be eliminated. Per month later, I received a late observed, and called back imediatley. Again, I had been informed the $200.00 could be removed. Our support was terminated per week later for non-payment. I called again and was trasferred for more than 25 minutes. It was not till I confronted a-class action suit that my issue was looked after.
I'd not suggest Direct TV to antone. The corporation is shady, doesn't benefit it is clients, and also the only support you receive is by threating a suit.
