Billing error not resolved

I obtained 2 separate billings for films requested by distant, which used to do not need the capability to achieve this, 3 months after deciding my bill with Direct TV. Actually I obtained a reimbursement from their website. Upon calling customer support I had been handed around to five affiliates and administrators who have been rude and inexperienced spewing "practiced" claims. Furthermore I had been positioned on hold-over and once again, as well as hung-up on by two of the affiliates. After being enraged for around and time I had been scolded by one affiliate to "be skilled". Never is going to do business with this specific organization again. And, two I'm not caving into these techniques and spending this statement, ACTUALLY.
