I'm so mad and upset with direct tv... Not really sure where you can start. I've waited 14 days for support to become mounted and also have spoken to 15 people (2 which stated to become administrators) about all my issues. I had been misinformed concerning the devices that I'd required, misinformed about HD nearby stations being obtainable in my region. I named and requested a for brand new clients changing to direct television and was informed that used to donot qualify since it was for current clients just... Not based on the brochure I obtained! I've been informed various things by 15 different people... Requested to talk to a boss and also you get transferred to spanish, positioned on endless store, or hung-up on altogether. I've been awaiting 2 5 hours today on the boss to contact me back. Large shock he did not contact like he explained he'd. I dislike the corporation and certainly will never-never suggest it to anybody!!! Beware that you don't obtain a factor that's guaranteed for you by their advertisements, repetitions, or their administrators!!
