Terminated support July 2 - was informed that the reimbursement was due when I simply settled my statement. Reimbursement could be prepared when the cards in the satellite devices were delivered to Direct TV. On June 28th a declaration from Direct TV suggested a credit balance of approximately. $ 74.00 and there have been no extra costs proven for films or additional products requested, as certainly low had. On July 3 I obtained a contact showing that my Primary TV consideration was overdue which I owed approximately. $ 258.00. I named and spoke to three distinct repetitions and discovered these costs were for mature films allegedly requested on May-16 through the satellite radio in my own family room. I told the boss (logo # 62) that it had been difficult for this to occurs as no telephone lines are attached to some of our devices which we just purchase via the Web. I had been informed this didn't make a difference which the cost was legitimate. I requested to talk to the administrators boss and was informed to document a written problem using the Leader of Primary TV in Co.

If these people might have obtained the full time to examine our purchasing account for films and-or additional providers they'd have experienced that people just purchase on the internet - we never purchase person/porn products - we usually purchase 2-4 films in per month plus they are mainly on vacations. Their statements about us purchasing a lot of adult movies does not complement to us - I believe they've got our consideration puzzled with another person.

Another exciting factor is the fact that the declaration on 6-28 didn't display these costs - Direct TV NEVER requires almost 6 months to straighten out additional costs for films and obtain them on our consideration? Anything is incorrect here also it not me!!
