Timewarner just completed its "Roll-Over or Obtain Difficult" Strategy from the Monk stations regarding costs raises for Fox development (December. 2009) to be able to "maintain our expenses along."

This month (Jan. 2010) my cable statement from Time-Warner was ELEVATED by FIVE BUCKS!!! I named the TW payment division also it was told me that in '09 I'd been getting a "exclusive discount" of $10 every month for that year. How "strange" that no body had actually explained about that before

I called again and talked having a diverse individual within the payment division and was informed FLAT-OUT the $10 increase in my own statement was as a result of PRICE INCREASE. Hmmm. Today which of both payment repetitions was laying in my experience?

I chose to contact customer support and described both distinct reactions I'd obtained in the billing office. Today she explained that, certainly, I'd been getting a "exclusive discount." I subsequently questioned her why I'd NOT been informed about that discount and its own termination day after I registered with TW and just why this "exclusive discount" had NEVER seemed on my statement like a $10 credit. I subsequently questioned her to deliver me the paperwork showing that I'd, certainly, obtained this "exclusive discount" so when it ended. She explained, "We don't place such things as that written down." WHAT???

I suppose, Time-Warner places less than feasible written down to allow them to alter the conditions of the contracts along with you because they see healthy, when it fits them or each time they wish to MESS YOU and increase your statement

And, this isn't the very first time the workers of Time-Warner have lied in my experience. I've fought together over needing to alter my password to my e-mail (nearly regular) since I really could not enter my Roadrunner mail (really it ought to be named Street"Crawler") with my normal code. That's one of the issues I've had Eventually Warneris RoadCRAWLER. And, EACH TIME I've named having a difficulty with RoadCRAWLER, Time-Warner has attributed it on OUR pc. They've NEVER obtained any obligation FOR JUST ABOUT ANY issues I've had using their web service or their wire support.

Your wire company was heading down frequently about once per week, but which was not their issue both. They actually attributed THAT on anything else - climate or indicators or whatsoever - I can not REMEMBER-ALL of the "reasons."
