I terminated my support after beginning new support in another region. Then they charged me $87 stating it had been a termination charge. Though we were clients with Strong TV for more than 5 years they stated we'd a-one year agreement due to a poor recipient that people had changed. No body informed people of the expansion of the agreement once they changed the poor recipient. No body informed us there wold be considered a termination charge. We delivered the changed recipient back again to them. They'll not renounce $40 (complete after subtracting our termination). I spoke for them plus they set me on-hold and not returned. All i'd like is for them to waive a measly $40. Once this agreement for direct television is up I'll STOP using the services of them-and if you're able to obtain a diverse support, GET IT DONE.
