I requested the entire sequence Elegance and also the Animal from these thieves due to the 100% satisfcation they 'assured'. After I obtained the boxed selection, it had been clearly a bootlegged copy of dvds place in a classic fashioned VHS cassette situation which was damaged and damaged! I really couldnot provide this like a share with my mother. I reported towards the organization about their low quality and was approached by an Alice Schneider who apologized and provided me whether complete refund minus delivery easily delivered the dvds back again to China - yes China! At my cost or easily decided to maintain them, she'd credit me $30. I plumped for the credit whilst the delivery expenses back might have approximately been exactly the same. Within the span of a few months and numerous emails on my component, Alice did nothing, despite two emails that my reimbursement could be prepared within the next 5-10 business days. Keep your money!!! Do not buy from these thieves!
