Fake DVD's

I ordered the complete library for the series, "WINGS." The series all came on home-burned discs with paper labels, with a generic image, stuck on top. The picture is not even DVD quality. The package was shipped from Wucheng, China, where the sender, "Mr. Deng Min", claimed the $80 package had a $3.00 value. These people are selling bootlegged DVDs at high prices and lying to customs to avoid high shipping and tax costs. I've tried to contact the company to perform a refund... No response yet. Even if I get the refund, I'm out the shipping costs and will have dealt with a hassle and waste of time!
