DirecPath customer service Complaint - Direct Tv Service

I only use this company because they are connected with my apartment. 2 years ago I had DirecTV through them. I got tired of "every time the wind blew" my TV reception going out, so I got rid of it. 3 weeks ago my apartment informs me that they are no longer carrying the small cable package and I HAVE to get DirecTV. I set up a time. Guy comes out, wants to know "where's my splitter?", can't find it, says he'll be back to set it all up I don't need to do a thing... No contract is left, all equimpment is left. 2 days later, nothing has happened, I call. "Oh, yes. Someone did come the next day and worked outside." I said they never came INSIDE to set it all up, so they say "we'll send someone out". By the time they do, the current package I have expired, so I am left with snow. The guy comes while I am working. Comes at 5pm when my office closes, can't get a key, he leaves. I call again and set up another time. He comes a day earlier than he's supposed to, no key release, he leaves. I call to complain and they say "but he came out today". I said " a day early". I had already set up to be off of work for the next day. After much "heated discussion" they set up my time (as origianlly scheduled) for the next day from 1-6pm. I come home.By 5:40... No one and no call. I call DirecPath, "No ma'm. You're wrong. He's scheduled for 2 days from now from 8-12." I've had it. I'm am going without TV period.
