Sent to collections for no reason

Suddenlink pushed us after shifting to come back our gear personally. The repetitions in Austin Texas all have stated they cannot think that, but we confirmed Branson, MO may be the just one within the country that's this principle. Therefore, because we shifted almost two hours absent, they stated they'd place an email about the consideration to increase our time for you to return it. Therefore, we delivered it whenever we could easily get down there (which was a headache to actually discover the location down some street). They acknowledge the account is and it has been in excellent position as well as returned us our deposit and credit balance about the consideration. However, I attempted to obtain a mortgage plus they stated my credit is gloomier than it had been only a month before as a result of selection. Affirmed SUDDENLINK lied and delivered the consideration to selections. Today, I've to invest time from my loved ones and work to repair this clutter and cannot purchase the home I needed to purchase now. Credit rating was 780 before, today about 650 and all since suddenlink. And, after I named them-they claim "itis their program that did it" to test to not take fault. Well, it is certain as heck not OUR PROGRAM!!! They inform me today I've to get hold of the credit agencies and repair this also it may take weeks. Why cannot I prosecute the-hell out-of them for this??? They've everything written down, and that I do not, as typical in a connection similar to this. I did so nothing wrong, and today I'm struggling with their mistake.
