Poor customer service and failure to honor contract

Due to trouble with Comcast I changed to Direct TV. I popped two balances, each with discounts, charged to 1 tackle. I've had issues with purchasing, issues with installment, issues with correct payment. After numerous emails and telephone calls I experienced all was as offered. Lately, I came across the discounts aren't being recognized on a single of the balances and costs have improved. Despite numerous emails, with Strong TV repeatedly recognizing my "uncommon" situation, no body will require the full time, curiosity, and problem to fix the situation. I'm not seeking specific therapy&I merely need and deserve what I caught for and what I spent hours
Trying to be sure was submitted correctly. The balances were caught in the same period; just one is really as requested. I'm completely discouraged and was provided details about ending my bill in the place of trying to solve the problem. This, obviously, does nothing to fix my overpayments or recognize all my lost time attempting to correct this injustice.
