Won't refund money

I applied Usa Economical for some time. They'd not spend issues promptly despite the fact that the cash was debited on a single evening of the month. I reduced the balances and close the balances plus they nevertheless debited out a cost. They sent stating they'd return the cash, then never did. After six emails and several telephone calls, I've had no reaction from their website. They got nearly 300.00 out-of my consideration and certainly will not react or return the cash.
