Refusal to honor contract

On or around November 17 I called Mission Communications to-order move of support in one area towards the fresh in Montrose Colorado. I submitted a problem using the FCC, subsequently called back to agree the consideration have been terminated, again telling them I'd not spend an earlier termination charge to get a item used to do not purchase. The telephone business was educated I'd accept maintain the $29.99 which was offered in my experience, however the Direct TV declined.
