Qwest Bundle Package
False Billing

Registered for Qwest Pack $85 plus fees & charge for complete $94.34 monthly via telephone call in September.

September billing $140.13; March billing $188.34; November billing $118.74; December $120.18; January 120.39; February $120.39 & today March $120.39.

I made calls in September, March & November (have records from all & individuals I talked to) bill was to become modified by March.

Qwest is accusing it on the Refund that I had been to demand from Direct TV. I listed with Direct TV as focused and established with Qwest in Sept. Today Qwest says used to do not enroll properly and Direct TV won't recognize refund... This isn't what I decided to on telephone with Qwest.
