About the 6th January i delivered to Sit Down up television a defective camera - as recommended i delivered it by P.O. Special Shipping - after waiting per month I'd not been re-imbersed for that defective product, I thus called the client providers who requested for that "program quantity" in the bill released from the P.O.- since i didn't have it at hand I really could not provide it - I had been requested to locate it and band back. This I did so and talked to a different customer support woman. On providing her the related quantity she explained the product hadn't yet been obtained in to the factory! I subsequently questioned where it may be and that which was the process for products similar to this, I had been informed that I ought to contact the P.O. And monitor them. I also did this and published off a duplicate of the authorized record which was evidence them have been obtained by sit up-television. I delivered a covering letter attaching a duplicate of the evidence of shipping and questioned if this event might be researched. This notice was delivered by Recorded Shipping about the 6th February. I waited another month without reading something. I published again reiterating my criticism. That notice was dated 28th February and again was delivered by Recorded Shipping about the 2nd March. Up to now I've seen nothing. I've needed to substitute them and applied my Charge Card to help make the purchase. (since I had been awaiting a refund which should took care of the brand new purchase) today in the end this time around I'm experiencing attention on my charge card due to the lengthy wait in acquiring my reimbursement - plus all of the additional shipping it's charging me because of their inadequacy. All I'd like is my money-back plus extra expenses that I've sustained.
