Customer service poor product quality

Our Roomba 580 ceased employed in December. I posted numerous emails requesting client help. After many e-mail trades (many were never delivered) I named directly into techsupport. Discovering somebody that talked language well-enough to comprehend was challenging. After discussion with another person the client support representative offered mean RMA number to ship the system back. The System was delivered Jan 13. On February 4th I asked about my RMA number via another technology solution. They suggested they'd never received the system and that I should provide evidence of shipping. I supplied the following range which exhibits they obtained the system Jan 16 which it had been authorized for.instantly the initial RMA was updated to point that the new device could be shipping.

I've requested repeatedly easily might raise my situation to some boss because of the bad support therefore maybe they might repair the problems. I've requested five-time providing them with an immediate cell phone number. The reaction was the seats both were shut.

I've sent the leader at irobot. I don't be prepared to notice in the clown.
