Contract Extension

DirecTV expanded my agreement without notice. I submitted a BBB criticism plus they LIED flat-out stating that I had been recommended of at that time of agreement expansion written down and verbally. Neither which happened. Easily they declare they might not find the telephone call-in which this supposed contract happened or may they discover the so-called files they sent.
