Unfair termination fee!

After I shifted my Primary TV support in one home to a different in March, I had been informed easily ended inside a year there will be a charge. After I ended in July, I had been billed that $100 charge. The main reason was this 1 of the devices quit employed in the spring of '07. I named them-and they sent a technician who agreed to change it. I had been informed the termination charge was on the basis of the proven fact that the brand new recipient couldn't be ended for just one year, also it wasn't the support however the gear that mattered. I had been never informed of the, but was informed it had been within an online contract.

It's absurd and questionably legitimate that the business won't provide working gear that's rented, and certainly will tie-in that device towards the unique support agreement.
