Misleading and False Information

Verizon FiOS became obtainable in our community during May. A representative of Verizon strolled our community door-to-door to get requests. I put an order with him for that Dual Independence bundle – FiOS Television Severe HD and Web for $79.99 monthly, as well as the Multi-Room DVR. The Multi-Room DVR offers DVR performance from 1 MRDVR to 2 selected SD for $19.99 monthly. I inquired if this involved anything had a need to get Television into all 3 areas and he responded YES. He named a consultant of Verizon to check on my credit and also the consultant about the telephone decided that I'd get Television in 3 areas for $19.99. BEWARE! To begin with, the Multi-Room DVR support isn't actually obtainable in our community. I came across this out just during installation. Or does the Multi-Room DVR range from the required gear to obtain Television support within the extra areas. They mounted an “unexpected” 2 extra fundamental containers at $143.76 each year. The contract created on my income order type for that Multi-Room DVR program wasn't recognized. Verizon said I had been misquoted.
