Wont pay back my Credits

I offered my house by which I'd DTV and got a flat. I had been pleased to discover easily might provide my DTV with me towards the new location. I planned hookup at my new Likely. And technology never turned up. I called DTV and was informed I will have a $100.00 no-show credit. Specialist eventually arrived by to connect and stated there is "No-Line Of View" in the Likely. And so I needed to proceed another path for Television. I talked to DTV Rep. And he or she stated " Since confirmed no-line of view" there'll not be considered a $178.00 early termination charge. 8 weeks later a statement confirmed for that $178.00! I called again which repetition. Stated they corrected that cost and that I established it online and got a normal mailing for this impact. I'd additional breaks due back again to me from DTV all totalling $308.00. They delivered me one look for $80.00, then 14 days later I received a statement for that Ealy Termination charge again of $178.00!! I delivered DTVis "Payment Question" department. A notice and proof from their messages in my experience they shouldn't anticipate the "termination fee" from me per their change of this fee! I also delivered with that challenge notice a Need Notice for exactly what the owe me back and havent noticed anything to get a month today. Completely horrible conversation on DTVis component and that I still don't have my cash!!
