Pre-Termination Fee

I had been a DirecTV customer since September.in April I'd to maneuver to a different condo. I named them-and required for my DTV to become stopped while I am still buying spot to remain. They permitted me to possess it stopped for a few months, from May- July. I approached DirecTV in September before my 3-month suspension stops and that I requested them easily may still have my account stopped or ended since I’m however searching for a flat, and that I was informed that I will contain it ended but I have to spend $80 and also have my cable package delivered. And so I decided and had the total amount settled entirely and delivered my cable package.in March I acquired a phone from the selection organization informing me that I've an outstanding statement with DTV that will be the pre-firing charge. I had been therefore amazed since I didn't get any notice from DTV and so I do not have any concept or whatsoever. I called DTV again and requested them concerning the costs. I told them that I had beennot educated that I have to purchase termination charge of $224 exactly what the repetition explained is simply the $80 this is exactly why I'd my account terminated. Therefore the repetition guidance me to challenge it for their selection division. And so I did published them a notice and informed them my tale. Nowadays I acquired an answer from them, they stated that the things they charged me is truly correct, plus they questioned me to pay. Hold your breath..., 012,497. Isn't that surprising??? I actually donot believe they browse the challenge notice that people are delivering them. Simply because they did not actually contact the issue I've together. It is as an automatic factor. I approached DTV and talked for their boss but she is a whole lot worse! She guidance me to challenge the $69M again. Is not that insane!!! I actually donot understand what to complete today... Please support.
