Unfair early termination fee

Verizon-is just a horrible organization. They're shady and wrongly adveritse. I had been shifting and verizon stated I really could consider my support with me. After I proceed to FL, they stated they did not have support there which pushed me to stop. They charged mean early termination charge of $79 for rescheduling simply because they did not provide solutions in Fl. Not just did they are doing that-but they never delivered me the statement, plus they delivered it to selections without having informing me. Then they delivered it towards the credit rating organization and today there's a tag on my credit due to their dishonesty. I've spoken to all of the supervisors until I'm orange within the encounter plus they WOn't take it off. I had been performing a credit history and that's how I then found out.
