Billing Fraud

I had been mistakenly billed three funds to DirecTV and after creating a telephone call for their inefficient customer support, I received 1 of 2 payments. After a lot more than fourteen days of reasons, I had been compelled to document a cost challenge wtih my lender tot recover the 2nd. (I had been overdrawn on my consideration do towards the costs).

Realize that it has been solved, I received observe that I owe them 248.0o and was informed I'd until 3/10 to create a late-payment of 104.00 or I'd be disconnected. On 2/23 I'd a stability of -6.46. Two nights later the statement was overdue. I would like to also note that my support was disconnected about the 27th of Feb. What happened towards the 10th of March. I've submitted a using the BBB and certainly will contact a lawyer.

Their thinking for this really is they were not able to credit my consideration because of the dipsute state. (???) And So I owe them understand?
