Eturned bad merchandise/no refund or response

I received email ad in Dec. For Christmas goods for child/started to fill out purchase order when site had a glitch. Did not continue and forgot about it. 2 weeks AFTER Christmas, with no warning received 4 of item and my bank was charged $111.00 for this. I returned immediately with letter and no response. Found another phone # on my bank statement and found "Mike" had voice mail and was really in Mass./not Connecticut/which he also does not answer. I confirmed with 411 that he has offices in Massa. And Fla. I really need my $111.00 and now he has my money and my merchandise (which was substandard also). I went to a complaint site and saw there were a lot of complaints about this business, all the same, returned merchandise and no refund or reply.
