Fall Out Boy Merchandise Rip Off

In mid October I ordered my daughter a limited edition of the new Fall Out Boy album with merchandise costing over $150. This was going to be her Christmas present. The order stated that the goods would be desptatched on December 15 for a Christmas delivery.

Christmas arrived but the parcel didn't so we sent GoMerch an email on 23rd Dec. We have had no reply and the website said to call during office hours, so we started calling on 24thDec & each day since. There is never an answer, or the phone is engaged.

My daughter did not get a Christmas present but this does not seem to matter to GoMerch. I am going to claim my money back through the credit card company and never use GoMerch again. This is supposed to be a reputable site selling official merchandise on behalf of internationally renowned artists.

There is no way to trak this order as there is no other contact information available.
