Took my money within 3 days of the order being placed, never sent the merchandise, doesn't respond to emails, never get a live person by phone

This company is the biggest scam going. They take your money and do not deliver the merchandise. We are out $106.99 because we used our atm/debit card and our bank says that they can't help us. We have not received the merchandise and had to go through the pains of cancelling all of our bank accounts that went with this account and getting new account numbers. These people are nothing but a Fraud.

We placed our order on Oct 7th, by 11:18am on Oct 10th the money was removed from our account. We were emailed that our dvds would ship in 7-14 business days. We spoke to a live person on Friday Nov 23rd and were told that we would receive a full credit within 3-5 business days that our order was cancelled. We cancelled the order at this time because they were so horrible to deal with and to get a response from as well as the fact they we still havd't received the merchandise.

It is now December 5th and we still have not received a full refund and are unable to get any response to our emails and the phone# never has anyone available to take the call and the voice mail box is always full. We have established that this phone# is a cell phone number. The website no longer comes up and we noticed the domain name is up for sale.

We really would like our money back as it is now the Christmas season and we could really use this money for Christmas gifts for our 3 children. We are hoping that this can still happen although deep down we realize that we have been duped and probably will not see a dime or the merchandise for that matter.
