Merchandise not shipped as charged - received late. No certificate of authenticity enclosed, as stated would be provided with merchandise. Merchandise defective (Men's ruby ring) - stone was loose in setting. Company has phone number that always goes to voicemail - Messages left are not addressed nor receive return communication of any type. Of the nine emails sent to the company, only two responses have been received in return; last email communication from company was directed to ship item back for a full refund. All emails sent (3 total) after company received returned merchandise have gone unanswered.
