I've been a DTV client since 1997. This past year I decided to an update to an HD Radio. I've had continuous issues with the party since, and also have invested hours on-hold and dealing with specialists within the telephone to troubleshoot. Once they ultimately delivered a technology, they'd the nerve to cost me a "shock" charge for that support phone, also it never set the issue. I published two characters, that have been taken care of immediately having a form-letter that managed to get apparent no actual individual had actually read my criticism. Annually later, the recipient is ultimately shattered permanently, and DTV is making me wait fourteen days to get a specialist, and wont let me out-of my two-year agreement to ensure that I will find greater support with another organization. They declare it'll charge me $240.00 to end the rent early, even when the gear they rented me hasn't worked correctly. Whenever you rent property, the landlord needs to make repairs, why does not DTV need to restore their defective gear? Appears to me, they've no respect for clients. I am caught without any support, plus they did not actually provide to take-two weeks' cost of my statement—terrible organization. They care NOTHING for current clients, just for new types.
