Billing department error cost me alot of money

I ended my solutions Oct. 31st. I'm being bille as much as Dec. 4. I had been handled just like a 6-year old and handed in one repetition to a different. These repetitions are settled to become there-but my money and time are useful in my experience. I'm as if I had been robbed! Something must be achieved. Timewarner treats its clients such as the politicians within this condition handle their constuents. Wheres the ability of the folks. TW must proceed or even more opposition must come (not satelite)
